Sydney Truck Show Down – No Refund Policy
By registering for and/or purchasing entry to the Sydney Truck Show Down, all entrants agree to the following No Refund Policy:
- General Policy
All entry fees and registrations for the Sydney Truck Show Down are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, except as outlined in the exceptions below.
- Exceptions – Eligibility for Refund Consideration
Refund requests will only be considered in the following situations, and must be supported by acceptable documentation:
a. Medical Reasons
- A refund may be granted if the entrant is unable to attend due to a serious medical condition, injury, or emergency.
- A valid medical certificate or letter from a licensed healthcare professional must be provided.
- b. Truck in a State of Disrepair
- A refund may be granted if the entrant’s truck becomes unsafe or mechanically unfit for participation.
- Proof of mechanical failure or disrepair must be supplied in the form of a mechanic’s report, insurance assessment, or other verifiable documentation.
- Refund Request Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to event organisers.
- Documentation must be included at the time of request.
- Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of the Sydney Truck Show Down management team.
- Timeframe
Refund requests must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless the situation is an emergency that occurred within that period.
- Event Cancellations or Postponements
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by organisers, entrants will be notified of available options, which may include refunds or credit transfers.
- Acceptance of Policy
By entering the Sydney Truck Show Down, all participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this No Refund Policy.
